It is used to support the nervous, respiratory and urinary systems. It helps combat acne and oily skin and promotes clear, healthy skin. It has a grounding and calming effect on the nervous system and instills confidence. It also combats greasy hair and dandruff. If you're looking to reduce tension and have a peaceful sleep, Cedarwood can help. It's rustic scent makes it a popular oil for blending.
How to Use: For topical application: Mix 4-20 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil.
For local application: Apply to affected area up to three times per day.
For body massage: Apply once daily.
For Steam inhalation: Add 6-24 drops of undiluted essential oil to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes. Up to three times per day. Do not use essential oils undiluted.

Nervous System: Great for calming stress and anxiety, and for use in meditation. Helps with insomnia, snoring and hyperactivity (ADHD).

Hair Care: Helps control dandruff, oily hair, and is useful for preventing lice infestation.
Respiratory System: Helps relieve symptoms from bronchitis and coughs resulting from colds/flu.
Genito–Urinary System: Helps with cystitis, is a tonic for the kidneys and is a urinary antiseptic
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil/water. Do not ingest. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you have epilepsy or asthma or are planning to use for a prolonged amount of time, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you experience nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction, discontinue use. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a poison control centre. Avoid exposure of applied area(s) to the sun. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product.
